Forum Starts

Finally the forum started and I had forwarded the message below to all my region-mates (Southeast and East Asia):

Good Day!

Our Region, the Southeast and East Asia, must prepare our
political analysis and proposed NPM projects before we step in
Gummersbach.

FYI: Southeast and East Asia (SEEA) Members are:

Edwin de Nicolas (Philippines)
Yih Jia Ng (Malaysia)
Ang Sang (China)
Priyanka Sharma (India)
Sopheap Suon (Cambodia)
Myself, Marlon Tagorda (Philippines)
Kan Yuenyong (Thailand)

If I may suggest, let us first nominate our SEEA Head and SEEA
Secretary.

To define:

SEEA Head:
1. Represents the Southeast and East Asia.
2. Reports to the Gummersbach our write-ups.
3. Do other jobs pertinent to SEEA.

SEEA Secretary:
1. Collates the ideas and views of each member of the SEEA.
2. Makes final write-up analysis based on the contributions of each
member.
3. Submits the output to all members of the SEEA.

As per profile, I want to nominate the following:

SEEA Head - Edwin de Nicolas for his profession and vast experience
in planning and development.

SEEA Secretary - Priyanka Sharma for her experience as program
manager.

Please furnish all the SEEA Members and our Moderators your nominated
candidate for the SEEA Head and Secretary.

With this initial step, I Hssure you that the Southeast and East Asia
(SEEA) Region will be well-equipped prior to Gummersbach.  Thank you
very much and I am anticipating your most accommodating response to
this exercise.
