I, Mars
I am a public servant who had designed a program policy to answer to the decentralization scheme of the Local Government Code and the Constitution to enable our indigent friends avail of the health services the government should offer them. For more than five (5) years, this policy is in existence with minimal funding from the government; but have already touched and cured 200,000+ indigents in more than 100 missions including the far-flung upland towns of the province.
This is my advocacy - to fight the diseases of poverty!
